The complete program

Build the skills to advise with confidence.

Designed for new agents and career changers working in Dubai off-plan and secondary sales. Learn the market and transaction process, practise client conversations, verify property facts, and prepare a complete case before independent work.

Each week combines two instructor-led workshops, a coached practice block, and a supervised field assignment. Learners keep a workbook and evidence portfolio, revise work after feedback, and complete a final client case.

Learning sequence

What agents learn, week by week

Week 12

Capstone case

Present a complete client recommendation and defend its evidence and risks.

Applied learning

Practise both sales routes

Off-plan practice

Compare launches for different buyers, explain SPA and payment schedules, and discuss delivery, liquidity and resale constraints without unsupported promises.

Secondary practice

Prepare a transaction checklist, identify missing documents and dependencies, and rehearse offers, financing and transfer under supervision.

Evidence & assessment

How progress is assessed

Weekly knowledge checks, discovery role-play, pricing analysis, a transaction file and a capstone panel contribute to the result. Learners must meet all of these completion gates:

  • At least 80% attendance and written knowledge score.
  • At least 80% in role-play and 85% in the transaction file.
  • All compliance gates passed and manager sign-off.

This is an internal training program, not a government license or accreditation. Live client work requires company authorization and applicable credentials.
